This is great quality hair. I waited 1 month to give a full review. I wet it every time I wear it and it is still soft. I only use Argon oil conditioner on it as a deep conditioner and pantene intense co-wash on it. I do not use oils or other products. I will order longer lengths next time. Also if you have 12/ 14/16 inches. I experienced great customer service and minimal shedding. shipping was fast and customer service is great.
