(QUALITY) (SERVICE) (SHIPPING) - I LOVE this color. The hair is unbelievably soft and does not matte/tangle very easily. There is minimal shedding and you are able to wash, flat iron and groom the hair as much as needed. The hair is thick, but not coarse nor stiff. I’v had it for 4 months now and I’m even more in love with it today than I was when I first received it.
