(QUALITY) (SERVICE) (SHIPPING) - This closure is so so soft I didn't have any tangling or shedding or anything. The lace matched my skin color so there was no need for me to bleach the knots and also I didn't have to pluck the parting. Shipping was very fast!

I like the fact they packaged the item perfectly with their label on it which is awesome. I have not installed it. I will let you guys know after installation but so far so good. And delivery was quick.

The hair looks good so far but I'll have to update this review after I've had it installed if there is excessive shedding or tangling.
