Well packaged. it's pretty thick, full, no bad smell, and seems to be a good quality, I loved the hair, I washed my bundles and the wave came right back once it was dried. I've straighten & curled it. I'm thinking about dying it & seeing how it takes. I'd definitely recommend this hair.
